Terms of Service for JB Graphics Design1. Ownership and Use Rights
- All graphics and designs commissioned from JB Graphics are for the client's personal or professional use and may not be sold or redistributed. JB Graphics retains ownership of the original design files.
- Clients are required to credit JB Graphics for the design in any public or need to purchase license for commercial display/usage.2. Payment Terms
- Payment for design services must be made in full and upfront before any work begins on the project.
- Clients will receive an invoice which must be paid according to the terms stated therein to commence the design work.3. No Refund Policy
- Once payment has been made and the project has commenced, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, the paid amount will be retained by JB Graphics as compensation for time and resources allocated.4. Design Complexity and Pricing
- The complexity of the design may affect the final pricing. High complexity designs will incur additional costs.
- If a requested style or complexity is beyond the capabilities of JB Graphics during revision request, the design will be adjusted to a feasible style within JB Graphics' expertise.5. Revisions and Approvals
- The client is entitled to a limited number of revisions as specified in the initial project agreement. Additional revisions beyond what is included in the agreement may incur extra charges.
- Final approval of the designs must be given before delivery of final files. It is the client's responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects.6. Delivery of Work
- All final graphics will be delivered as specified in the project brief or agreement, typically via digital download.By commissioning work from JB Graphics, you agree to adhere to these terms of service. This agreement is intended to protect both the client and JB Graphics to ensure clear expectations and a professional working relationship.
